    Starting January 2026 the fee per session will increase to $165

  • This is an option for folks that would like to work with me but I am not in network with your insurance.

    • Submit a superbill to your insurance for possible reimbusement.

    • If you want to claim out of network benefits I will have to provide a diagnosis in order to submit a claim to insurance.

  • If I am not in network with your insurance another option is to use your HSA/FSA benefits

    • You will need to check benefits and requirements on your HSA/FSA account in order to use it to pay for therapy.

  • These options are for folks that cannot afford my private pay fee and maybe they dont have out of netwok benefits.
