Welcome, glad you are here.

It is an honor to welcome you to this space. Whatever it is that brought you here, know that it is worth acknowledging, witnessing, and held with care.

Who I work with

A significant part of my work is centered on supporting members of the BIPOC community, with a particular focus on women of color.

I specialize in working with folks affected by trauma, folks that experienced premature maturity, such as being the "parentified child" in the family system. Painful experiences in family of origin. I also support those impacted by immigration, either personally or within their family. Additionally, I focus on individuals affected by harmful religious/spiritual systems and experiences.

A big part of my work is dedicated to the connection back to your body and self. The place where wisdom and healing lives.

My approach

My work is influenced by the following:

I believe that we are impacted by our environment, culture, politics, migration, historical, and transgenerational trauma (just to name a few). I also believe that our bodies carry the experiences we have directly experienced, as well as those which have been passed down in our families and lineage. Just as deserving of mentioning are the beauty, resilience, softness, and wisdom that reside in you.

In our work together I will invite you to slow down and notice that which needs attention and care. It may look like being with your feelings and sensations, acknowledging and giving space to them. It may look like getting to know the parts of you that have been protecting you so you can have access to the parts of you that hold pain. However, we not only get to give this space. We give attention to the resources in and around you. We give space to and honor the wisdom that lives inside of you.
