Tiered System:
I have implemented a tier system. These tiers are meant to be a guideline and not rigid.
I ask that you engage with this in honesty and choose the option that reflects your financial situation and privilege.
Tier 1:
$185- comfortably able to meet all basic needs and wants. Access to expendable income and savings.
Ex: can always buy new items, can afford an annual vacation or take time off, own a home, or rent a hight end property
Tier 2:
$165- access to some financial savings and some expendable income,
Tier 3:
$135- limited expendable income, no savings, some debt

If you are interested in working together and would like to use your out of network benefits:
I can provide a superbill
You submit the superbill to your insurance for possible reimbusement.
If you want to claim out of network benefits I will have to provide a diagnosis in order to submit a claim to insurance.
-
If I am not in network with your insurance another option is to use your HSA/FSA benefits
You will need to check benefits and requirements on your HSA/FSA account in order to use it to pay for therapy.
I see this work as deeply human and complex. Sometimes this is in conflict with insurance requirements in providing therapy. Due to this I am not considered in-network with insurance companies.
If you have out of network benefits with your insurance company, I can provide a superbill for you to submit for possible reimbursement.
My fees are based on a tier system according to your financial privilege. See below for a more detailed description.
